What is the IH&RA Chains Council?
All IH&RA members representing national or international hotel and/or restaurant chains are automatically part of the IH&RA Chains Council. This Council meets a minimum two-times per year in order to review, discuss and prioritize the issues of specific importance to hotel and restaurant chains which must be monitored and lobbied by IH&RA. Confronted with similar challenges such as corporate strategic planning and brand management, Chains Council participants share information on non-competitive issues to improve their knowledge of the international environment.
