From IH&RA HQ in Paris, France > NACE Chairman Election Results > NACE Chairman Elected Congratulations to Florian Hew, Director GastroSuisse Upon election to the position of NACE Chairman, Florian Hew, Director of Gastrosuisse, Switzerland stated, "I am pleased to chair NACE for the coming election period and I would like to thank you all for your support in the coming months. NACE has an important role to play in bringing forward our industry on an international level and of course IH&RA as well..." Florian went on to say, "We should discuss how to improve our work and make it really worth joining the NACE-meetings. I would like to improve the knowhow of the regional views on the international level. If possible, we could try this already while preparing our meetings. In this respect one might think of some representation in a steering committee of NACE where SE-Asia, Europe, N-America und possible S-America would have a representation. I will try to discuss this with President John Bell and CEO David McMillan on the next Board-Meeting in Berlin. Looking forward to see you all on our next meeting in May or June 2005!" Florian Hew has already served for several years on the IH&RA Board. As NACE Chairman, he will lead the "National Association Chief Executives Council", otherwise known as "NACE", which will meet in the spring, late May/early June. The exact time, date and location of the NACE Council meeting will be confirmed shortly.
