 | They will meet in a virtual setting twice per year in order to:
1. Identify issues that are common to all parts of the world & recommend solutions
2. Address issues that are referred to their Council by IH&RA members
3. Identify Issues that should be addressed by the IH&RA
The prime purpose of these Councils is to create a community of young people in the industry who will see the benefit of global interaction and cooperation in the resolution of industry issues and will strengthen the purposes of local and regional national associations.
The members of the Youth Councils will be identified by IH&RA Chain members (Hotel & Restaurants) and will serve on these panels for periods of two years.

RESULTS / ANNUAL UPDATE
The Youth Council Chairs will present the findings of the committee at the Annual Congress which will be posted on the Youth Council section of the IH&RA Website (Members Only).
