Headed the acquisition, expansion and financing of the golf, villa and St. Regis Hotel site adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel Hotel in California as well as for the acquisition by public takeover of the 6,000 acre, 300 room hotel Princeville Resort together with its three PGA golf courses, a US$ 400 million residential project with over 6,000 residential units of all types. Also responsible for the management of the US$ 180 million /294-room Mirage Gold Coast resort and 300 room/US$ 250 million Mirage Port Douglas Resort at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Mirage was valued at US$ 2 billion prior to sale private sale in 1991 and had 1500 employees.
